What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers will be responsible for providing the return shipping of undamaged and correctly-printed items, along with a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not available for final sale items described as non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please use the provided size charts correctly to avoid the need to return items for misjudgement of size. Returns requests based solely on consumers' incorrect size choices cannot be guaranteed.

What are the shipping options?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our inventory for paper items (including greeting cards, stationary sets, stickers, and art prints), nature journals, pencil pouches, and discount items is stored-house until you play your order. These items are currently shipped via USPS to locations in the United States with Economy and Standard shipping options available. When checking out, you will always see shipping cost before checkout is completed.

Below is an estimate of shipping rates and times for in-house products.:

Economy (Orders 0lb–5lb) - $4.90 - 5-8 business days

Economy (Orders 5lb–70lb) - $19.90 - 5-8 business days

Standard (Orders 0lb–1lb) - $6.90 - 3-4 business days

Standard (Orders 1lb–5lb) - $9.90 - 3-4 business days

Our clothing items, bandanas, canvas prints, mugs, and bags/backpacks are produced through print-on-demand manufacturers with by-hand-packaging, which helps prevent overproduction. Because of this, different items in your order may ship from separate locations. Shipping for these items is usually Flat-Rate depending on each item. Shipping costs will vary depending on weight/quantity and manufacturer and recipient locations. When checking out, you will always see shipping cost before checkout is completed.

Do you ship to APO/PO Boxes?
Yes, Shipping for APO and PO Boxes should be the same as regular shipping.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, while our ship is starting out we will only be able to accept orders to be delivered to US territories.

For example, if you order a mug and 2 t-shirts you may receive your mug in 5 days and your shirts separately in 11 days. Crew-neck t-shirts: 8-11 days

What do I do if I never received my order?
If you have any problems with shipping or do not receive your items within 2 weeks of purchase, please contact colleen@inventusart.com

What do I do if I receive a defective order?
To start a return of a damaged and/or misprinted product, you can contact us at colleen@inventusart.com. Items which arrive damaged or misprinted will be handled and returned differently than other returns for dissatisfaction. The address for return shipping of damaged or misprinted items will vary depending on the locations of the manufacturers of each item. In these cases, we will send you the return address after your return request has been approved. Pictures of damage and/or defect may be required at our discretion to determine return eligibility.
Inventus Art LLC has sole discretion to make the decision whether or not to accept and/or approve any returns or refunds. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you notice an error in your order immediately after purchase, email colleen@inventusart.com immediately.
For print-on-demand products, order change is sometimes possible for a very short about of time (between minutes to 1 day) depending on how long it takes the item to go into production. Requests to change orders are not guaranteed for print-on-demand items.
If you mis-ordered an item that has already gone into production, please wait until you receive the item(s) and follow the procedure for returning an undamaged, correctly-printed product. See What is the Return Policy above. Please use the provided size charts correctly to avoid the need to return items for misjudgement of size. Returns requests based solely on consumers' incorrect size choices cannot be guaranteed. 
If you mis-ordered an item that we store in-house, it is possible to change your order if the item has not yet been shipped.To check whether the item has shipped, please contact colleen@inventusart.com
